To define an achievable, base level of opportunity, we work on three key outcomes;
To define an achievable, base level of opportunity, we work on three key outcomes;
HousingIt is impossible to speak about equality of opportunity without starting with housing. A base, a home.
One of the biggest challenges facing social outcomes is providing adequate appropriate housing opportunities, recognising that the housing needs of individuals are just that, individual. Having a stable and reliable infrastructure around you, such as housing and access nto transportation is an important part of being able to make the most of other opportunities to gain employment and improve mental health. |
EmploymentFocusing on employer-centric program development to provide avenues to sustainable employment outcomes.
Changing definitions of engagement. Education and training opportunities designed to inspire, engage and educate for the long term. The experts on employment and employability are employers. We work with employers to understand their expectations. Its not just about placing people into jobs, its about developing good employees, based on the needs of good employers. |
Mental HealthMental health is not just a buzz word. We believe in the human element of support for those in need.
There are massive social impacts to be made through the development of relationships that support people through the transition from disadvantage to equality of opportunity. We work with mental health professionals to support individuals as they progress along our scale of engagement. For however long it takes. |
